This form is composed of 103 movements with approximately fewer than 50% repetitive moves. This Traditional Yang Tai set is one of the post popular Tai Chi styles practiced worldwide. The moves are usually performed slowly, and are designed to string together an inventory of important techniques, and to promote relaxation, as well as other foundational principles. The set usually takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes to complete while many demonstration sets take approximately half of the time. Yang Tai Chi has been renowned for its graceful, slow, even and circular move styles.
